A representative of the The Dunham Trust was involved in presenting a workshop, alongside MMU, on "using art as a context for developing Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils' spoken language" at The British Education Research Association Annual Conference 2016 

 

 

A Dunham Trust Festival 2015/2016 Workshop based on a 2 hour dance workshop using movement to "explore and interpret the poetry of the famous Spanish playwright and poet Federico Garcia Lorca"

An early research project focused on "the use of creativity in the classroom to support pupils with SEN" 

In its role as a Teaching School Elmridge Primary School, in conjunction with Acre Hall Primary School and its specialist classes, embarked on an SEN Research & Development project that was designed to explore the characteristics of children with aspects of ADHD and ASD and examine how these children be supported in the classroom in order to improve the outcomes for these children.

A Dunham Trust Festival 2015/2016 Workshop designed to provide individual pupil Arts Award Discover accreditation.  The 3 day project "investigated, interpreted and discovered the work of Spanish artist and architect Gaudi"
